Need updated year Nav disc for 05 EXT

Anybody know where I can get my hands on a maybe 08, 09 navigation disc I have the 05 model and I was wondering how far the years I go up, compatibility wise with the years. but also if i can just burn myself a copy where can I go, and what kind of blank disc I would need to get.
